The Walking Dead overseers did us well by encasing Rick’s last episodes in the royal send-off fit for anyone dedicating 8 years away from family and friends – and not just away, but across the ocean away. Yes, we will miss Rick, but even more so, we appreciate his dedication to TWD franchise and bid him a sweet farewell.
Earlier this summer during the announcement of Andrew Lincolns departure from TWD he stated he would be returning to the set to shadow a director, in preparation for directing his own episode in season 10. We are unsure if those plans are still in the works, but what is certain is the TWD franchise will have to muster up crafty character arcs to full the gaps left by Ricks departure.
