Since his trade to the Oklahoma City Thunder, and aside from his incident in Dekalb county last year which lead to a misdemeanor, we haven’t really heard much about the German native Schroder. The two were in Berlin on the third leg of Nike’s More Than an Athlete World Tour.
Dennis Schroder played point guard for the Hawks during the 2013 – 2017 seasons, averaging around 5 points per game. Since his trade to the Thunder at the end of last season, Schroder has remained consistent, though gaining a little more time on the court.
In true hometown-hero fashion, Schroder calmly out shot LeBron, this was a 1-shot shootout, as he fired off from the 3-point line following a LeBron miss. The lighthearted match-up came with high stakes; the victor would donate $10,000 to a charity of their choice.
